Joomla is a CMS (Content Management System) which can be used to develop Websites without writing the code. Joomla is developed using PHP and MySQL. You can simply add Pages, Components, Modules for both Static and Dynamic websites.
Once the Website is developed using Joomla, editing the content, posting updates, modifications will be much easier than writing code for each and every modifications.
Joomla can be installed in several ways. You can install Joomla on your Laptops/Desktops, on Websites (using Cpanel) and even can be installed using Softaculous installer in the cPanels.
